Every PDF is an e-invoice

The invoice PDF contains the invoice data in the ZUGFeRD / Factur-X format (EN 16931). People read the PDF, accounting software reads the data – without typing anything again.

  • One file for your customer and their accounting
  • Nothing to switch on, every invoice includes it
  • PDF/A-3 with the embedded XML file

XRechnung for public clients

Public authorities in Germany expect an XRechnung. Enter the Leitweg-ID you got from the client and NailMe creates the XML file – and tells you if any data is missing.

  • XRechnung 3.0 as an XML file to download
  • Checks your business details and the customer’s address
  • The PDF stays available for your records

FAQ

Questions about e-invoices and reminders

What does it cost?

E-invoices, XRechnung and payment reminders are included in the NailMe Pro subscription.

Do my customers get reminders automatically?

No. NailMe only notifies you when an invoice is overdue. You decide whether and when a reminder goes out.

Does this meet the e-invoicing requirements?

NailMe creates invoices in the ZUGFeRD / Factur-X format (EN 16931) and XRechnung files for public clients. Which format you need depends on your country and your customers – this is not legal advice.

What do I need for an XRechnung?

The Leitweg-ID (buyer reference) of the public client, your email and phone number in the business profile, and the customer’s email and postal address on the invoice.
