Fewer no-shows, a fuller calendar

NailMe reminds your customers of their appointment, reminds them when it is time to come back, fills cancelled slots from the waitlist and books regulars as a series. You set it up once – the app does the rest.

How it works

Four tools that keep your calendar full

Fewer no-shows

Appointment reminders 24 h and 2 h before

Every customer gets a reminder the day before and two hours before the appointment – as a push notification, or by e-mail if push is not possible. Forgotten appointments become rare.

  • Fully automatic, in the customer's language
  • E-mail as a fallback when push notifications are off
  • Included for every studio, can be switched off in the booking settings

Rebooking reminders per service

Set for each service when customers should come back, for example after 4 weeks. NailMe then sends a push: time for your next appointment – with a direct way to book again.

  • Interval per service, from 2 weeks to 6 months
  • "Book again" opens the same service at your studio
  • At most one reminder per customer and studio within 14 days

Waitlist for fully booked days

If no time fits, customers join the waitlist with the days and time of day that suit them. When an appointment becomes free, all matching customers get a push at the same time – whoever books first gets the slot.

  • Up to 14 days and a time of day such as mornings or evenings
  • Automatic push when a booking is cancelled or declined
  • You see the waitlist in the booking menu and can switch it off

Recurring appointments as a series

Book regulars every few weeks in one go. NailMe checks every date first, shows which ones are free and suggests other times for taken ones. The customer gets one notification for the whole series.

  • Every 1 to 12 weeks, up to 10 further appointments
  • Choose another time or skip single dates
  • Cancel all following appointments with one tap

FAQ

Questions about reminders and the waitlist

What does it cost?

Appointment reminders are included for every studio. Rebooking reminders, the waitlist and series appointments are part of the NailMe Pro subscription.

What if a customer has push notifications switched off?

Appointment reminders are then sent by e-mail, provided the customer has an e-mail address in their account.

Can customers turn the reminders off?

Yes. Customers can switch off rebooking reminders in their settings. As a studio you decide in the booking settings whether appointment reminders and the waitlist are active.

Who gets a slot that becomes free?

All customers on the waitlist whose days and time of day match get a push at the same time. The appointment goes to whoever books first – just like a normal booking.
